Nina from BAGS OF LOVE contacted me recently and offered to send me a personalised bag from their collection to review. I can’t wait for it to arrive.
I sent her this quirky picture of my colleagues and I on the rooftop of the building we work in and it’ll come as a make-up pouch with a black trim. I’m not sure what it’ll look like but I’m really excited! Knowing me, I might end up using it as an everyday clutch!

I want to go to Zurich
At this moment, this “want” seems highly possible to materialise. 26 available Annual Leave days. 2 gal pals who live 1 hour apart who’ve offered me refuge. Reasonable air fare. First thing though, is to sort out work schedules and my class on Saturdays.
I can either
a) Leave on 17 Sept & Return on 30 Sept – 2 classes & 1 programme affected. Staying at each home for about 7 days (that’s a bit too long to be inconveniencing others right?).
b) Go the whole hog and leave on 10 Sept and return on 30 Sept – but I don’t want to out stay my welcome either. Perhaps I should travel out of Zurich?
Oh! Oh! Oh! Decisions, decisions! Where else can I go to spend my Annual Leave?

Oh man! Lulu Guinness is having another online sale… I can only lust from afar. Despite the Sterling Pounds losing strength against our Singapore Dollar, the exchange rate is still GBP1 = SGD 2.1 on average. Quite a far cry from what my father would’ve used back in the early 70s (imagine, it was GBP1 = SGD10). Still, I won’t shell out… I will admire you from here, you lovely things!

Was reading a post by Jen about Monki (http://monkiworld.com/) when I stumbled onto a few pieces I love and would want to own. Why is it that I have to live in a place where Size 6 – 10 is the norm and anything above Size 12 is overpriced?
